DRINK & DRAW is an informal art practice that combines drinks, pencils, and pens. Anyone who enjoys drawing is invited to join and experiment with any materials they like. We’ll gather around those getting tattooed to draw, create quick observation exercises, or sketch the tattoos of each participant.

Participation is free, come early to secure your spot.

★ Mariana Cáceres ★ Lisbon-based visual artist and illustrator. Their work has been shown in exhibitions such as It Takes an Ocean Not to Break (2016), Abismo (2016), Festival Silêncio (2015), and Experimenta Design ’13 (2014). They hold a Bachelor’s in Drawing and a Bachelor’s in Art and Heritage Sciences from the University of Lisbon, and has trained in digital illustration and design. Their projects span collaborations with publications and clients including Navigator Paper, Mistaker Maker, Mbooks, Antena3 / Super Bock Super Rock, Gerador, and Diário de Notícias.
The artist will also be tattooing on the second weekend of the festival (24-26 October).
